Un dominio con estensione .com costa attualmente non più di 12 usd all’anno ed un webhosting a cui abbinare questo, includendo PHP MySQL e Fantastico de luxe con uno spazio di 500mb e 10gb di larghezza di banda (mensile) costa altri 12 usd.
Moderatamente questi prrovider Vi offrono anche un’assistenza in messaggistica istantanea per avviare i Vostri servizi.
Se avete intenzione di progettarvi da soli un sito web a costo ZERO, a parte i costi di gestione di dominio e webhostibg (24 usd annuale) e masticate un pò di inglese, nel nostro FORUM sono disponibili, per gli utenti registrati (gratuitamente) i necessari rudimenti.
…In ogni caso anche se aveste commissionato i lavori di costruzione o revisione del vostro sito web alla ICS o a qualche altro studio di webdesign, dovreste comunque assimilare qualche nozione di base per la manutenzione del Vostro sito WEB.

Very amazing is that this parallel “Ecomonster” is dealt and accomplished by the same Blogger that approves and shares with great enthusiasm, the huge agglomerate that is being assembled in the touristic port under construction.

By reading the Rodi blog-post related to Roccamare, it seems that a security issue is arising from the fact that the area, where that building is set, apparently has been declared as subjected to landslide.
Now why the railway, under that building, still keeps happily running?
Is that a model train for folklore? Driven by nobody and having puppets instead of passengers, or is that line being used by real persons, are those trains having human personnel?
Tanto per brevemente chiarire lo scopo di questa mia intrusione in lingua inglese, informo i miei eventuali lettori in italiano, che da molti anni interagisco solo in inglese sul web.
Sono sicuro che in un paese turistico come Rodi Garganico, poche persone saranno impedite a leggermi in questa lingua.
A beneficio di questa minoranza ecco qui una breve introduzione, utile per collocare l’interazione del sottoscritto come provetto BLOGGER.
Forse qualcuno si ricorderà di me, anche se con il tempo le mie visite nostalgiche a Rodi si sono diradate sempre più, ma il mio amico Carlo Santamaria mi ha informato dei cambiamenti in corso e poi in rete ho reperito ulteriori informazioni.
Non credo di essere inquadrato in alcun definito contesto politico, lascerò a chi mi legge di farsi l’dea che preferisce, una cosa però è certa, dato il mio ben risaputo hobby di cercatore di funghi e micologo provetto, ho imparato ad apprezzare da tempo tutto quello che riguarda l’ambiente ed è essenzialmente per questo che mi sono lanciato in questa presente dissertazione virtuale, per rivolgere qualche esortazione e stimolo per chi potesse ancora sensibilizzarsi a tutelare il patrimonio ambientale e la propria salute di cittadino residente in Rodi Garganico
Certamente il porto turistico mancava a Rodi Garganico, ma da qui a dire che le cose vanno bene così come sono avviate ce ne corre.
Il tutto mi pare eccessivamente sovradimensionato ed invasivo per le zone limitrofe al porto e per il notevole agglomerato di calcestruzzo e pietrame del porto stesso.
Senza considerare che l’impatto paesaggistico è completamente stravolto da questa mega struttura, limitiamoci a considerare che la marina di Rodi era già invivibile prima del porto attualmente in costruzione.
Ma dove sono e cosa fanno tutti i cosiddetti sfegatati ambientalisti? Anche loro dietro a quelli che dicono : “Vienimi dietro e diventerai ricco come me?”
Io non sono qui per prendere nessuna parte attiva sulla questione Roccamare, ma Carlo Santamaria, come amico fa una piccola differenza per me, oltre che su di un piano affettivo, anche per il fatto che oggettivamente mi sembra una persona di tutto rispetto e seria, ed un confronto con quanto si sta permettendo nella costruzione del porto, oltre che doveroso è anche inevitabile!!!
E allora come ce lo spieghiamo il blocco del suo cosiddetto Ecomostro a 50 metri dal mare?
…Il terreno franoso?
Ma la ferrovia è telecomandata e i passeggeri sono manichini in tenuta folkloristica? Dico io se è davvero franoso aspettiamo una strage?
E in quanto alla vicinanza al mare che dire delle costruzioni e complessi costruiti a ridosso della spiaggia di ponente? a meno di 12 metri dalla sabbia, ma dico io gli organi di controllo competenti dove erano quando hanno fatto quelle costruzioni?
Proprio non si capisce come i criteri vengono interpretati con tanta flessibilità, specialmente dopo gli avvicendamenti recenti per i grattaceli in riva al mare a Bari, che poi tanto in riva non erano.

È la dimostrazione, infatti, che le istituzioni quando vogliono hanno a disposizione gli strumenti legislativi per combattere gli speculatori. Just imagine how will a 800 pixel resolution web site look in a 1960 pixels screen, if those pages would not be filled accurately and their content is not spreaded uniformly and reaching all corners of the screen, so that by maximizing the pages of that website, the objects do not render a pleasant zooming effect.
I have used for this blog a dynamic theme that was projected to work with 800 pixel width resolution and if I do not insert any larger image than 313 pixels in the middle column I will never cause the appearance of any horizontal scrollbar.

Again in my clone website project if I do not set any large image, those pages will greatly spread dynamically the contents in many screen resolutions, by showing a pleasant zooming effect by maximizing from 800 pixels upwards.
I personally believe and recommend to program websites in 800 x 600 pixels, despite the pushing for larger resolutions for desktop sets, we do not have to forget that there is quite a larger need to resolve our own websites into millions of laptops, that daily connect to the www by wireless connection on UMTS and, really, if we start filling our pages with flash objects and large images, then we will have to forget to capture those users.
If there is no special requirement for CSS and xhtml but simply transitional web pages, there is really nothing better than tables, as exemplified in my CLONE website, where all site pages have been designed in page sub sections by 800 x 600 resolution, and where all those subsections opens by 100% width and 100% height and the model is there to grab for free, as being that absolutely clientside code, so just go there rightclick and take it…

Se ciò dovesse avvenire gli svantaggi per la popolazione sarebbero tali da giustificare una vera rivoluzione, speriamo di essere ad una svolta coscenziosa e di proiettarci in un futuro più attento all’ambiente e al sociale, specialmente per quelli che diffidano delle parole di rampanti personaggi politici che si atteggiano a messia commerciali!
… Lunedì 16 Marzo 2009 – In questi giorni è andato in onda sulla rai un impressionante servizio sullo sviluppo turistico del Mar Rosso, dove stanno sorgendo intere città nel deserto limitrofo alla riva del mare.
Dovremmo realizzare che noi non possiamo competere o emulare cose simili, sia per i costi che per la nostra posizione geografica., ma diamo un’occhiata alla cartina dell’ Egitto per convincerci che noi alle spalle del mare non abbiamo un deserto dove poter costruire nuove città.
La vostra politica, come qualcuno va giustamente proponendo da decenni, dovrebbe mirare all’accoglienza in piccoli centri turistici che offrono al turista ambienti globali di soggiorno e lo invogli a soggiornare in una dimensione molto locale, per il suo relax e per la nostra vivibilità cittadina, per intenderci, ambienti come il complesso Ripa, Adria e perchè no un piccolo albergo come il Roccamare , dove il turista arriva e ci rimane, senza accalcare ancora di più le nostre superstrade cittadine.
Ma cos’ha di mostruoso questa costruzione? Ma quale panorama rovina? Se c’è qualcosa di antiestetico, non si può ridisegnare o modificare? E cosa hanno di diverso i fabbricati alquanto alti del porto turistico stesso in costruzione in mezzo al mare? Non sono forse di cemento armato anche quelli?
Sono forse più pittoresche, ed appropriate e piano-regolate tutte le costruzioni annesse recentemente ai vari alberghi sul lungomare per San Menaio? Ed ancora se quella è zona a rischio frana, per altro abbastanza alberata a monte, da quanti anni la costruzione è bloccata lì e non è successo mai nulla e nè tanto meno la ferrovia sottostante ha mai subito una frana.

Rieccoci qui, Io a dettare e Blob a scrivere educatamente per l’opinione pubblica virtuale, con tanto di webetiquette (educazione in ambiente WEB) e moderazione di impiego di risorse.
Questa redazione informa di essere anche webhosting provider e che dispone di 2 server dislocati in un continente meno esoso (Colorado Spring e Los Angeles), ma certamente alquanto funzionali su sistemi velocissimi a fibra ottica e potrebbe destinare tranquillamente una notevole quantità di input e risorse per l’indicizzazione su Google di ciò che il sottoscritto si è prefissato di pruomovere, ma infierire non è il mio stile.
Quando ho pubblicato questo post, il suo posizionamento era in testa ai risultati per i contenuti esposti.

È singolare osservare con quanta cura vengano fatte delle precisazioni da parte di altri comuni del Gargano, sull’aumento dei posti barca a 454 ed altro ancora. Ma come siamo diventati cooperativi ed altruisti in provincia! Ed inoltre vorrei proprio sapere se questa precisazione in particolare è così positiva e … per chì?

Per conto mio vorrei chiarire che a me l’idea del porto turistico e della relativa espansione, piace molto, d’altronde non poteva essere altrimenti dato l’ammirevole concetto che il sottoscritto ha per gli olandesi dopo aver vissuto alcuni anni a Rotterdam.
Rubiamo pure noi la terra al mare come gli olandesi? Ben venga, dato che l’espansione via terra è geograficamente limitata, ma cerchiamo di farlo in modo sensato e relazionato alle strutture esistenti, avendo riguardo al paesaggio ed all’impatto ambientale.

Personalmente non credo ci sia nessun favoritismo, invero : “voglio sperare”.
C’è anche da considerare che le politiche sociali sono cambiate rispetto a qualche anno fa e quando mai la burocrazia si è preoccupata di sanare se stessa dalle proprie assurdità?
Credo che sia il sistema affaristico che si sviluppa coerentemente ed inviluppa i più che non si rendono nemmeno conto di essere solo accordati e trascinati, perchè distratti a quadrare i loro conti nell’attuale amarissima crisi economica, non date perciò troppa enfasi recriminatoria sugli imboscati ambientalisti ed ecologisti, parecchi di loro non possono semplicemente affrontare i costi relativi a raduni, manifestazioni ed azioni di controllo efficaci, nè finanziano o tentano di veicolare la pubblica opinione, come fanno in forma preventiva e programmatica i pochi che ne tirano le fila.
Io personalmente non posso permettermi di andare a Rodi per diletto, figuratevi affrontare i costi per andare a dimostrare il mio dissenso … accertiamoci di fare quello che possiamo e cerchiamo di guardarci negli occhi davanti allo specchio.

Ho appena ricevuto una foto recente sull’avanzamento dei lavori del porto di Rodi, la data di fine lavori, si dice sia il 31 maggio 2009 e l’inaugurazione è prevista per metà giugno.
… grazie per il materiale inviato che si commenta da sè! Giovedì, 21 Maggio 2009 Mi è giunta voce che alcuni problemi di natura ecologica stiano emergendo dai lavori non ancora ultimati, credo che verificherò di persona al più presto, pare che la spiaggia di Rodi ha subito notevoli cambiamenti fino quasi al mulino di mare!!! URGE VERIFICA !!! Sabato, 23 Maggio 2009 … ma dove è finito il mare?
È più facile criticare che fare, questo si sà, ma chi si cimenta in un impresa simile si deve servire di tutte le risorse disponibili sul mercato, e quelle nostre risultano essere le migliori al mondo, al punto che parecchie opere olandesi si sono avvalse di esse in passato.
Ma l’impresa giustamente ha pensato di proporci per prima i mattoni del suo business e poi tentare di tamponare i problemi legati al famoso impatto ambientale e commerciale per chi c’era già.
…adesso si stà tentando di rimuovere la sabbia che il cambio delle correnti ha ammassato davanti agli stabilimenti balneari e come si vede di riposizionarla, tramite una condotta, oltre Mascarizzo, ma che dire delle prossime mareggiate?
Comunque qui di seguito una panoramica del porto in sè che sembra proprio un centro commerciale in piena regola.
Ormai siamo in ballo e non resta che aspettare la consegna del prodotto finito…
