I cannot offer you unlimited storage and bandwhith.

In my opinion these are commercially-abused and wrong concepts, no serious provider will ever be able to grant unlimited storage and bandwidth, whilst they will just oversell their resources.

All I can offer is limited and on shared servers, and sofar it appears to me you are talking of file sharing, that involves shared responsability, besides related security issues and advanced management on the server side, and that will be your problem as website owner and my problem as Provider, therefore you better provide yourself from day ONE to contract a webhosting service elsewhere than on my servers.

1) First one will be www.religion-web.com which will be a non profit website.

We will be doing research on the religions, Giving Dawah and guiding people to a Universal truth religion on this site.

In this I need a messenger and flash contents for advertisement.

Images and flash content will not be produced by me, but those objects have to be provided and emailed by yourself in zip-files, their sizes will have to fit the template place holders and I will be free to resize them to suit the design.
For what the text content concerns you will have to insert it yourself in the related place holders.

Your website text-content will be entirely of your taste and feel and language, you will insert it into english language place holders.
Be informed that certain CMS features included into your platform of websites are client side provided of language settings (Cart & Forum)
All comments in the source code will be in english = language.

I would suggest you to insert a phpBB forum for your Dawah - (Sharing Islam) ... note that this feature is provided of Mass Email facility and you can post your registered users with that and also the forum is provided of a perfect messaging system.

2) Second is www.community.com which is a community website.
We will provide Free Emails, Groups, Files Sharing ,Blogspots and Social Networks.
To provide all the services you mean in this 2nd webste, you will need a reseller account and you will need to become yourself an ISP like I am provided from this ISP
Such a service would cost you around 240 usd a year, but you could find that for less, but you would anyhow be subjected to the provider Terms Of Service, so I recommend you to read carefully those, before making any contract.

Such a reseller account will be good enough for you to host all your 3 websites, but not certainly for unlimited storage and bandwidth.

I would suggest you to install another board here, where you can even manage the distribution of your free services and freeware, file-sharing or gadgets to your registerd users, or you can just have one forum for all your websites in this main website.

3) Third is www.commercial.com Is our Mega Website.
We will be providing recruitments and Consulting on this site.
We will also be giving Business and Management solutions to our customers on this site.
Here again I would suggest you to install a phpBB forum and a CART with a feedback page

Webdesign will be directly made online on my webhosting and will be presented periodically to you by stage for further development.
I will need an advance for 50% of the package.
The other 50% will be paid by you at the end of the work and only then, I will upload and install all the websites I have programmed on your server.
You won't receive from me nothing else than a statement that you paid me for the occasional work of programming your websites those amounts.

You will not have any money back if you think it over on a later stage to abort the project, sofar I feel I did thoroughly informed you in advance and I have produced live online demos and related information.

If you want to present that expenditure to your tax inspector, that Email-statement would be all you get from me to you and available for your tax inspector besides the receipts that you would automatically collect from my PayPal account.that is set on donating mode.

I will just declare your payment in my annual tax form, this payment will be administratively configured as a discontinued and occasionol service without any subordination binding between the parties, so the a.m. Email statement will have the function of a fiscal receipt and you will have to present just that to your tax = inspector.
